I wanted to take a moment to tell you how thankful I am that you came to my aid. When my server went down I didn’t know what to do. I called around and no-one was willing to take on such a task. Several days later you got word of my plight and felt compassionate enough to extend a helping hand and I thank you for it. You went out of your way to examine my infrastructure, recommend cost effective ways of ensuring data security at our school, and to work with the guys on staff to ensure that they were implementing the right solution. Thank you for overseeing everything!
